NPD PROCESSES
Consumer Workshops
5 to 6 respondents are asked to take part in a "Creative Consumer Workshop". These respondents are creative, articulare and typically show leading edge thinking/ behviour in the category. A number of creative processes are used to access new thinking on the category, new ideas, and new opportunities.
